At D&E, we specialize in creating bespoke designs and personalised gifts, including engraved wooden products, unique keepsakes, and other custom items. 

Because many of our bespoke gifts are handmade or crafted from natural materials, you may notice slight variations in colour, grain, texture, knots, and markings. These natural characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, dates, messages, photographs, and other information before submitting an order for our bespoke designs at D&E bespoke gifts. We will reproduce the information supplied to us as accurately as possible to ensure your personalised gifts meet your expectations. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes where production has not started, but changes may not be possible once production has begun.

By supplying a photograph for personalisation, you confirm that you have permission to use that image for creating your bespoke designs or D&E bespoke gifts. Please ensure you provide the highest-quality image possible, as the final engraving or reproduction of your personalised gifts may vary based on the quality, lighting, and resolution of the photograph submitted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for bespoke designs under the following circumstances: 

- The requested personalisation cannot reasonably be produced. 

- Supplied content is inappropriate or unlawful. 

- A product is unavailable. 

- There is an obvious pricing or listing error. 

- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. 

If we cancel an order for our D&E bespoke gifts after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the cancelled personalised gifts.

Prices for our bespoke designs are displayed on the relevant product page. Any applicable delivery charges for D&E bespoke gifts will be shown before you complete your purchase. Please note that payment must be received prior to production commencing on your personalised gifts, unless otherwise agreed.

These personalised gifts may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without our written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and current, particularly regarding our D&E bespoke gifts and other personalised gifts. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information, pricing, and availability involving our bespoke designs. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
